WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

All products leave the warehouse in Florida within 2-3 business. Please keep in mind that if it is a pre-order or special order item alternate shipping times will be listed underneath each individual item.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Yes! We ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Puerto Rico, Japan, South Korea, Guam, Finland, Italy, Norway, and Sweden. If your country/territory is not listed, send us an email. We would be happy to add it if possible!

IS THE RECIPIENT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DUTIES & TAXES THAT COME WITH AN INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENT?

Yes, the recipient is liable for any duties and taxes that come with receiving an international shipment. 

CAN I RUSH AN ORDER?

We currently don't offer rush shipping but may in the future. 

DID MY ORDER GO THROUGH?

If you received a confirmation code and/or email with a confirmation code, your email went through! We will continue to update you on your order as it moves through production and shipping. If you did not receive a confirmation order, please check your spam. If you still cannot find your confirmation email, send us an email with your name & address! We will make sure the email is spelled correctly on our end & update it for you!

WHAT IF I ACCIDENTALLY MISTYPED MY SHIPPING ADDRESS?

No need to worry! Most mailing errors will be caught by our shipping partners. If your mistype cannot be correctly identified, we will reach out to clarify your mailing address. However, please feel free to email with your order number and the correct information if you would like to update any shipping typos.
